Dear MS. Gemmy,
We are hereby writing this letter to intimate about the termination of contract of sales entered between your company and that of ours. The contract of sales dated 25th February 2012 stands terminated with immediate effect.
Even after repeated reminders from our side each month your company has been faltering on payments due to us. Apart from this we are also having lot of complaints with regard to your products quality and after sales service. As a result of this the reputation of our company is at stake and this is not at all acceptable to us.
We have been in the market for over 15 years now and at this stage we do not want to spoil our image on account of the negligence of your company. We are really sorry about taking this decision but we are left with no other option.
Please send us an invoice of the pending payments if any from our side and we will send across a cheque to settle the same at the earliest. We hope that your company will take this decision positively and try to improve your standards of quality and service here after.
