Dear Mr. Blake

Subject: sales agreement cancellation letter

I am writing this letter to cancel the sales agreement entered with your organization on 20th March 2011. This cancellation will be effective from 25th June 2011. Our management has to take this hard decision as you are not able to deliver the raw material to our manufacturing plant since last one month. Due to this delay we had to bear great loss and it created inconvenience in our manufacturing facility as well. Our company policy does not allow such indiscipline with our vendors.

The earlier lot of the raw material supplied by you was also not of appropriate quality as approved in the agreement earlier. In spite of our warnings on the quality of the material, no action was taken from your end. In a contract all the terms and conditions has to be fulfilled by both the parties. The violation of the terms and conditions cannot be borne by our organization and hereby we cancel your sales agreement with immediate effect.
