Dear Mr. Berry

Subject: sales agreement termination letter

We are hereby writing this letter to terminate the sales agreement that our company has signed with you on 2nd January 2011.  As per the sales agreement you agreed to sell our cosmetics products only through the authorized dealers in the area of Sussex. On verification, our survey team found that our cosmetic products were available even at unauthorized outlets and sold at double the rate. This is not at all acceptable for the reputation of our company and  thus we are forced to terminate the sales agreement .

We hereby declare that in future also no business relationship can be sought with your organization. Any unauthorized sales of our cosmetic products by your company will be considered as fraud after this termination letter. You can also not use our name in selling any other products as well. It is the policy of our company not to do business with distributors who do not adhere to terms of sales agreement.
