Subject: Sales contract termination letter
Dear Mr. Michael,
I am writing this letter to inform you that we wish to terminate the sales agreement with your company with effect from 30th July 2012.Unfortunately the management of our company had to take this tough decision as your company was late in delivering lime stone to our steel plants for the past three months. Moreover the quality of the limestone supplied was of very poor quality against the norms of the contract. We have already informed you about the matter at least thrice earlier but no actions were taken from your side. The production of our plant had to be stopped a couple of times because of the insufficient availability of the limestone. I hope that you will respect our decision because when you are in a contract; one has to fulfill its every condition. You are requested to send us the outstanding dues bill which will be settled by our company in due course of time.
I would convey my regards for your ten years long service to our company and wish your company best of luck for the future course.
