First of all I would like to thank you for taking out time to interview me for the post of a sales officer. It was a pleasure meeting you, discussing about my candidacy and learning more about the needs of the sales organization. I am submitting this follow up letter as I would like to know about my job interview status.

My interview was held on 25th January 2013. I was informed by Mr. Fred David, receptionist of Freedom Sales Enterprises that I would be updated about my interview results latest by 5th February. I have not received any response from your side through an email or a phone call. I feel the interview was good and I would prove to be an apt choice for the post of a sales officer, fulfilling all the needs and requirements needed for the said position.
