Subject: sales rejection letter
We recently received the products that your company shipped to us, as per our order dated March 10 2011. Although I understand your strict quality standards & checks that you have enforced within the company, we are taken aback by the fact that a part of the product had developed structural incongruities which ultimately led to the product’s entire lot failing to meet our quality standards.
We later thought that maybe this lot wasn’t amongst the best so we tried to do some quality checks on the third lot which we incidentally received much before the second lot arrived at our office premises. Surprisingly to our dismay we found the same problems again and hence decide to return both these lots.
Unfortunately we will have to cancel the entire series of shipments this time. Let’s discuss in detail regarding all the shortcomings and we can help you sort it out. You can contact our customer service desk and fix up an appointment to meet and discuss all the related issues.
