Sales Warning Letter

Dear Mr. Davidson

Subject: Sales warning letter

This is to inform you that our company has recently done an unannounced audit of the sales activity that your company is doing for us. We found several irregularities in the way sales initiation and channel exploration was being done by your team. For example when the sales team visited the Milwaukee region, they did not make any efforts what so ever to understand the existing players in the region and also failed to create inroads into the already available sales channels which have been setup by these players over the years. This has resulted in shooting up the cost of the company and thereby lesser margins.

We would like to inform this to your company in no uncertain terms that this kind of sales behavior and approach is not in accordance with the contract that we signed with you for the sales activity and we will have to resort to legal means if we find this incompetent sales practice prevailing hereafter in the sales team which is sent for any further activities.

Please call me or mail me in case if you need any more information.

Thanking you

Marry Joseph

Sales Head, JEP Group
